This policy explains what happens when you visit the site or send a message through the contact form. Prima Arts Media LLC does not sell personal information.

Personal information here means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, or the text of a message.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That typically includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.

Error reports: if a page breaks in your browser, a report of the error is sent to PostHog (PostHog Inc., stored in the EU) so it can be fixed. The report includes the page address, the error, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It is sent for every visitor, does not use cookies or local storage, and is not used to build a profile of you.

Web analytics: if you press Accept, PostHog also counts your visit: the pages you open, how long you stay, where the visit came from, your approximate country and city, and the time. PostHog may then store a random id in a cookie and local storage (names starting with ph_) to tell visits apart. Reject, or no answer, keeps analytics off. A notice on the site offers Accept and Reject. Analytics does not start, and Google Analytics 4 does not load, until you press Accept. Reject leaves it off. The choice is stored in this browser under the local storage key pam-cookie-consent. It is not sent with the contact form.

Depending on where you live, including the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information Prima Arts Media LLC holds about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
