The site describes the work of Prima Arts Media LLC: custom websites and web applications, e-commerce, CRM systems and business platforms, mobile apps, legacy modernization, and hosting and care. Content is general information and may change without notice.

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. Scope, fees, and timing are agreed in writing when work begins.

The first consultation and the written estimate are free and carry no obligation. Build work is charged by the hour at the rate stated in the written estimate.

No deposit is taken. Work is shown in stages. Each stage is invoiced by Prima Arts Media LLC after it has been demonstrated and accepted by the client. Changes that add new scope are estimated before they are made.

The code written for a client becomes the client's property once the stage it belongs to has been paid. On request, the client is given access to the code repository.

A client may register a domain name in their own name, or ask Prima Arts Media LLC to register and manage it for a monthly fee based on the registrar's price. A domain registered by Prima Arts Media LLC for a client is transferred to that client on request.

Hosting and care plans are billed separately from build work, at the prices agreed in writing. They cover hosting, site health monitoring, updates and adjustments. The database plan includes weekly database backups.

Small changes are included at no extra cost: changes that take up to about 20 minutes, and changes to images, text or colors. Larger changes and new features are estimated in writing first.

Ongoing SEO and social media work is not part of hosting and care. It is agreed separately.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Prima Arts Media LLC. You may link to the site. You may not copy substantial parts of it for commercial use without written permission.

Websites linked from this site remain the property of their owners.

The site uses Cloudflare to host pages, EmailJS to deliver contact messages and PostHog (EU) for error reports and, after you accept, web analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you accept cookies, and only when a measurement ID is configured. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prima Arts Media LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or from material on a linked website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prima Arts Media LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
