What we delivered
Clients and projects
Each client has a dedicated page showing its projects, contacts, recent activity, and its quotes and invoices.
Live task lists
Tasks are organised into sections with assignees, due dates, priorities and statuses, and every change appears for everyone immediately, without reloading the page.
A portal for each client
Clients sign in to see only the projects shared with them, where they can comment and update the tasks assigned to them.
Documents for every client
A folder for each client and project, with file previews, drag-and-drop uploads and attachments on tasks and invoices.
Quotes and invoices
A quote converts into an invoice, payments are recorded as they arrive, and every document can be downloaded as a PDF.
Controlled access
Administrators and members, permissions set per client or per project, and the ability to suspend a user or end their sessions at any time.
(Inside the application)
