(01) Overview

An independent practice, presented with clarity

Quartz Surveyors is an independent, RICS-regulated practice in Kent that provides home surveys, valuations and specialist property advice. Prima Arts Media designed, built and launched its website, including the structure of the pages, the way they link to one another and the search engine setup. The sample report PDFs for the Level 2 and Level 3 surveys were produced separately and fall outside the scope of this project.

Chosen on trust, often in moments

A surveying practice is chosen on trust, frequently by someone who has only just been given its name. Within moments of arriving, a visitor needs to understand which survey or valuation suits their circumstances, see that the practice is both regulated and independent, and know exactly how to instruct it. The website also needed to be found by people searching for surveyors across Kent.

What we delivered

  • A clear service structure

    Every survey level, valuation type and specialist service has a page of its own, so visitors arrive directly at the information they need.

  • A direct route to instruction

    Every page leads naturally towards making contact or requesting a quote, without the visitor having to search for the next step.

  • Visibility in local search

    Each page is written and configured around the way people in Kent search for surveyors on Google.

  • Designed for mobile

    The site reads and works as well on a phone as on a desktop computer, which is where many first visits take place.

The outcome

A fast and clearly organised website that presents Quartz as the independent, regulated practice it is, and makes it easy for each visitor to choose the right service and get in touch. The site is live, so you are welcome to explore it yourself.
